Love You More Than Coffee!

Hello friends,

I am back again with one of my favorite hand colored image. The digital image is from Mo's Digital Pencil. I found this image very cute and coloring it was a lot of fun. I have used copic markers to color it.

Finally I layered some paper, a vellum piece for a softer look, and, to finish it off, I embellished it with some rhinestones.

Sharing another card with hand colored image. This one is a spooky Halloween card I made today using the cute image from Make It Crafty :)

For the background I colored the sun with distress inks, then masked it with a circle and started adding layers of inks until I achieved the look I wanted :)

I have used wink of stella on the sky and on her dress for a shimmer look:)

I have stamped the flowers from Penny black with distress inks and then colored them with copic markers which I also used for making the background. The edges are done with distress inks. This will be my fourth card for the 30 days coloring challenge :)

My Little Flower Girl!

Hello Friends,

Here is another (my third) card for the ongoing 30 Day Coloring Challenge by Kathy Racoosin...a bit slow but there is still time to make more :) 

The adorable image , ' my little flower girl' is by All Dressed up Stamps. 

I have colored her with copic markers and embellished the card with patterned papers and flowers.

Easel Drawer Card!

Hello Friends

Hope you are having fun crafting!!!  Today I am sharing with you an easy tutorial to make a 5½  x 5 ½ Drawer Easel card. This is really easy to make and the end product looks really amazing. Hope you guys like it :)

You will need:

-Heavy Cardstock

Two 8 ½  x 7 inch ( A)

One 8 ½ X 8 ¼ inch (B)

One 5 ½ X 11 inch (C)

One 5 ½   X 5 ½ inch (D)

-Scoring Board.

-Scissors

.-Adhesive.

First we are going to make the sleeve of the drawer :)

Take cardstock A and, with the 7 inch short side on the left, score at 1 ½ inch. Repeat along the three sides, leaving the last 8 and half inches side as it is. Repeat the same with the second cardstock A.

Cut the two tabs, fold and burnish the creases. Again repeat the same with second cardstock A as well.

Next glue the tabs with a strong adhesive.

The two boxes are ready :)

Now attach the boxes together by applying glue around the outside of one box and gluing it inside the other. 

This completes the sleeve :)

Now to make the drawer:

Take cardstock B and score at  1 and a half inch on all four sides.

Cut the tabs as shown in the picture, burnish the creases and fold up to form the box. Secure with strong adhesive.

Slide your box into the sleeve. The drawer box card is almost ready :)

Now to make our easel card:

Take cardstock C. Score the long side at 5 ½ and 8 ¼ inches and make mountain folds on both scored lines. 

Attach cardstock D as shown and you are done  :)

Decorate as you like.

I have embellished my card with patterned papers, wet embossed butterfly, diecuts and flowers :)

Hi,

This is my second card for the ongoing 30 Day Coloring Challenge by Kathy Racoosin . I wanted to make many cards for this challenge but I could only manage two until now. I'll try to come up with a few more for you guys soon :D 

This cute little girl is a digital image from Make it Crafty. I colored her using copic markers and ordinary markers on a watercolor paper (I need to buy a few more copics ;)

I used distress inks to  watercolor the background.

The Little Mermaid!

Hope you are having fun crafting.  Like many crafters,  I am also inspired by Kathy Racoosin's  30 Day Coloring Challenge  as this challenge has encouraged me to color and I am really enjoying it :)

The cute little mermaid is Mermaid Anya. She is a digital image from The Greeting Farm. I colored her with copic markers  in black, purple and orange shades.

For a Princess!

Hello everyone!

Here is my latest tag for  Beyond Grey Challenges- Make your own embellishment... I chose to create a tag and decorate it with a handmade dress embellishment :)

The top of the dress is made with paper with very little stamping. The bottom is a 3 layers of kitchen paper, tulle and lace which I have gathered and glued at the waist. You can find the tutorial for this dress with template here.

I have used white, gold and silver colors for my tag and have embellish it with pearls, lace, ribbons and handmade roses. 

To add extra shine and sparkle, I glued Prima glass glitter on the paper skirt and  love the way it glitters :)
